Serving Danville, Diablo, Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Tracy and surrounding areas. Prices include delivery, greeting set up and pick up. Your yard card will be installed sometime between sundown (the day before) and sunrise (the day of) your rental date, and will be picked up after sundown on your rental date. Please enjoy and take lots of photos with your Sign Dreamer yard card.

 

$120 - One day Standard Yard Greeting Rental. Includes Happy Birthday, Age, Name and Graphics

$100 - One day Mini-Yard Greeting Rental.

$60 - For Each Additional Day – Based on Availability

$25 - For Each Additional Phrase

$20 - To add either MEGA numbers or balloons

$50 - Transportation surcharge for surrounding areas may apply

Terms of Services

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation and hold the date.

  1. You will be invoiced for yard display items that are missing or damaged.

  2. Please do not vandalize our signs or throw them in the garbage. These items are the property Sign Dreamers of Tri-valley. It is best to notify the home owner and/or honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

  3. We do ask that you treat the yard display with respect. Please do not move the signs.

  4. Please do not attach anything to the display.

  5. Please do not use any adhesive on our display. Any form of tape or adhesive will ruin the signs.

  6. Please do not mow your lawn while our yard cards are installed as they can be damaged from flying debris. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.

  7. We cannot install signs in rock yards or artificial grass.

  8. For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard cards. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a child or adult sitting, leaning, or playing on them.

  9. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please do not pull the signs from the ground. 

  10. By agreeing to have Sign Dreamers install our rental display, you agree that Sign Dreamers of Tri-Valley is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

What’s included in the price?

A basic booking consists of the Celebration Phrase (i.e. Happy Birthday!), Name, Age, and Themed Graphics of your choice.

Can I place a special order?

Yes! Submit the form below with your desired custom yard sign information, and a member of our Sign Dreamers of Tri-Valley, CA team will be in touch.

Can I surprise my neighbor/relative/friend?

Of course, yes! You can place an order for anyone!

What time do we set? Take Down?

We set up and take down some time after sundown.

Do I need to be there for the setup?

Nope, we do it all! A member of Sign Dreamers of Tri-Valley, CA will let you know what time they will set up and take down your sign.

What about the weather? 

Our signs are completely weatherproof.  If there is an instance of severe weather (i.e. strong winds) that prevents the signs from being set up, we will provide a full refund or reschedule.

How do I pay? 

Once you have filled out a booking request, a member of Sign Dreamers of Tri-Valley, CA will verify the details with you and then send you an invoice via email. Payment of the invoice will secure your booking.

What if I need to cancel?

A full refund is given with a 48 hours notice. A sign credit is given if it is less than 48 hours. We do not give refunds if the wrong address was provided.
